In trading on Friday, the iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF (IBB) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.4% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Biocryst Pharmaceuticals (BCRX), up about 10.3% and shares of Zogenix (ZGNX), up about 8.8% on the day.
